President Obama gave his fourth State of the Union Speech on January 24th. In his election-year State of the Union address, President Obama set forth a long list of domestic economic proposals, many of which centered on jobs and changing the tax code. What was your reaction?

Some claim the messaging of the protestors is too confused to create a serious political agenda. Others claim that’s the point – it’s not a political movement within the system. What do you think? Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Friday Sept 2nd, 2011 it was expelling the Israeli ambassador and cutting military ties with Israel over the last year’s deadly raid on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla and Israel’s refusal to apologize.

Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon says his country has nothing to apologize for and that it has done all it could to avoid a crisis with Turkey.

English tabloid, The News of the World is closing following a political storm over its journalism practices. The 168-year-old tabloid is accused of hacking into the mobile phones of crime victims, celebrities and politicians. The Met Police say there are 4,000 possible targets named in seized documents.

The newspaper and its executive are closely allied to the Conservative Party in the UK and disgraced former eidtor Andy Coulson was formerly David Cameron’s director of communications.
