When complete we will be operating a fully fledged virtual government of elected avatar representatives. To become a representative, an avatar can be created by any voter or group of voters, receive sufficient petitions of support to be listed as a candidate and then run an election campaign and win. Once elected to the government each representative can propose and vote on legislation. WE PLAN TO LAUNCH THIS IN 2010 BUT NEED TO RAISE FUNDS AND NEE LOTS OF VOLUNTEER LABOR TO PULL IT OFF.
